Vendor when registering to be a vendor that can submit Metadata Statements to the MDS. Developers
will be put on notice of the Metadata Usage Terms by the section of the Specifications that define the
legal header, by the inclusion of the legal header in every BLOB and Metadata Statement and by various webpages and their development of software and continued use of the MDS will indicate assent to the terms. Relying Parties and Service Providers and anyone else using the MDS will be put on notice of the Metadata Usage Terms (for Relying Parties or Service Providers) by the Developers, by the section of the Specifications that the legal header and by the inclusion of the legal header in every BLOB and Metadata Statement and their continued usage of the MDS will indicate assent to the terms.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
